We offer clothing and accessories featuring original brand graphics and designs.

Product descriptions, sizes, materials, colours, and other relevant characteristics are provided on the respective product pages. We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.

As our products are individually finished by hand, slight variations in print placement, ink coverage, texture, colour, and overall finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the manual production process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Minor aesthetic irregularities may occasionally occur as a result of the printing and finishing techniques used. We make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent quality and inspect our products before dispatch.

Customers should be aware that handmade products may not be perfectly identical to one another or to the images displayed on the website. However, we strive to maintain a high standard of quality across all our products. This does not exclude our responsibility for significant defects, products that do not conform to their description.

Any reported issue will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and extent of the imperfection.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes and any additional charges, including shipping costs, will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the methods offered on the website.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you to resolve the issue rather than unilaterally impose a different price.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided, including your shipping address and contact details, is accurate.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation of receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled order.

4. Production and Processing Times

Orders generally require 2–5 business days for production and preparation before dispatch.

During periods of high order volume, preparation times may be longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.

Production and shipping times are separate. The production period does not represent the estimated delivery time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs and any applicable delivery information will be shown before the order is completed. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact squanderblood@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may include your order number and the product you wish to return.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Returned goods must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit. If handling goes beyond what is necessary and causes a loss in value, a proportionate deduction will be applied.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact squanderblood@gmail.com and include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Where applicable, remedies may include repair or replacement, or a refund.

9. Product Care

To help preserve the quality and durability of your garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided with the product or on the website.

For maximum durability, we recommend hand washing your T-shirt. Alternatively, you can machine wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Always air-dry the garment and avoid using a tumble dryer. If ironing is necessary, turn the T-shirt inside out before ironing to help protect the print and preserve its quality over time.
